We provide our recruiting services to Cyber Security Consulting firms by delivering CISO, CSO, and high-level cybersecurity contract candidates for Interim, Consulting, Advisory contract/temporary roles. Our candidates range across most all industries, and provide a wide array deep specialties.
In short, we are an extension of the Management Consulting Talent Acquisition team – specializing in C-level/Executive candidates for contract consulting/interim engagements.
Our most common working model with our Management Consulting clients has been to allow our clients to hire and contract directly with our candidates, as opposed to subcontracting our candidates to our clients (though, subcontracting can be an option).
Our fee structure for recruiting Executive contractors is designed to stretch out the cost of recruiting services for you. We charge an hourly fee for hours worked by a contractor, that is client approved, and paid to our client.
