We provide our recruiting services to IT Consulting firms by delivering high-level IT full-time permanent employee candidates and contract candidates for Interim, Consulting, Advisory contract/temporary roles.
In short, we are an extension of our clients Talent Acquisition team – specializing in C-level/Executive and hard-to-find Technology specialist candidates for permanent and contract consulting/interim engagements.
Our most common recruiting model for temporary candidates with our Professional Services clients has been to allow our clients to hire and contract directly with our candidates, as opposed to subcontracting our candidates to our clients (though, subcontracting can be an option).
Our fee structure for recruiting Executive contractors is designed to stretch out the cost of recruiting services for you. We charge an hourly fee for hours worked by a contractor, that is client approved, and paid to our client.
Our fee structure for permanent employee candidates is based on the compensation of the newly hired candidate.
